hey everyone,
Ive been feeling bored lot in recent weeks and my head dose be wrecked,
Iv been looking for work but the job front is not great in ireland (or anywhere fot that matter ).
I get up, do the same things everyday for god knows how long and i feel like im a lost soul at the moment,
I dont know what to do with my self !! i know their are people alot worse off then me but i cant helf the way iv been feeling recently !!
what am i suppose to be doing on this planet ?? i suppose thats the million euro question everyone has !

Hi, Ray - sorry to hear you're feeling blue.
I can't offer much help or guidance, but rest assured, many people are feeling the same way. I know that's not exactly encouraging, but at least you know you're not alone.
For the time being, I would recommend meditating. I know that doesn't solve everything, but at least it helps clear your mind. There are some truly inspirational quotes from the Buddha that always remind me of what's important at times like these.

I have been trying to meditate but i get i hard to quiet the mind sometimes ye know,
Cant wait for change to happen !! Sooner rather than later i hope
