Experiences with animals

I have throughout my life been fascinated by animals and what they mean to us. Lately there has been a lot of cat-episodes and strange encounters with them such as meeting a cat in the middle of a corn field/road staring at me for a very long time.

I guess everything could be random but I would like to hear more views on this. Have any of you had memorable meetings with animals which seems to have an 'outwordly' feel to it? I would love to hear about everything from your childhood til now ! =)

    Yes i have had many. Here is one. While vacationing in South Dakota we pulled over and there were these 2 horses on a ranch that were about 25 feet from the fence. I went to the fence not expecting them to come over. Just then one of the horses started to lift his front leg up and hitting the ground with it over and over again. Well I mimicked this and started to lift my leg up and hitting the ground. Just then nboth of the horses came directly to where i was and allowed me to pet them. I felt a soul connection right away to them. Later in the day i was talking to one of the farmers and relayed that story. Well he was very surprised. He told me normally the farm horses wont come up to you like that. I have to get back to work but i do have miracles about when my pitbull had 2 litters of pups.
