excellent vid,and what she spoke of in regards to our Astral Light Bodies is very honest and truthful indeed,as i know from my own personal experiences with actually speaking to my mother,and father who are both in spirit,and have been for a number of years,i have seen my sister who passed 2 years ago from cancer in the Astral,walking down a pathway with 2 other woman,the light body is very whole,and the same as the physical,but without the heaviness,and and any aliments,or illness,the physical body may have,and i also know from personal additional experience,from my own physical death a few years ago,that we are indeed,light bodies on the earth,and this reality just an experience,if we learn to understand this,many will move forward with there soul evolution without any fear that is associated with it,that is constantly put upon society from the dark corrupt so called elite.our light bodies would look a bit like this image,but as i said,when you are in that frequency range of spirit,it is whole,and complete,the same as the physical.
