    Agreed things are shifting even still!! I am noticing (have been) what feels like a (hard to explain) light spongyness around me even if I am feeling a certain way this sponge likeness around is very cool. It is interesting to feel a certain way and to notice the energy around me.....Going to keep training hard!!
