Yes, you are right about meditation, I have just started doing it recently, at least 20 minutes a day. It isnt really made any difference yet but I will keep at it.

You said that my dream could be telling me to move on from this life, but in what way?presuming that you dont mean ending my life... I have been thinking of leaving the town I am in and going to another for a month until the work situation picks up here. Is is possibly referring to that?
where I am staying right now there is a family of mainly white cats, amongst them are a few kittens who are living in the forest. I dont know how that is related though.
