no not balloons as i have seen them and they all can not be in the same place with other ballons it can not be done in any day
At the bottom (second video) it doesn't look like ET ships, but I dont know how anyone can tell the video isn't focused and it keeps zooming in and out constantly. But it looks like Balloons.

the ones on the top video footages are what i now see but in drips and drabs usually over my work at night and these i think are the ones are watching over my welfare when i do my work as a crowd control security guard, but the footage on the bottom are the ones that show up for me when i show these crafts to others whom may want to see them, thats how they showed me their first fleets when i started to see them in 2006 but before that they from time to time were showing me but at that time i was just not getting it until one day a guy showed me how to call them down since then i have never stopped since.
These ones i got told are of the Ashtar command the lightships they are living lightships made from love of the highest order.
These ones light travel at the speed of thought. So yes they can be everywhere all at once as time for them does not exist.
