The British public have long had an aversion to GM and rightly so....Never eat it, myself and I recommend that this country bans it outright...
The corporate pressure groups working for Monsanto and others, seek to sway policy, but I note that the mainstream media here in the UK is also opposed to GM.....along with several experts, who are permitted a fair airing in the media. The gov are really fighting a loosing battle here, to sway a pro-GM consumption...It simply does not wash...
