Grand Jury Process:
The legal right to go before a Grand Jury in the State of Victoria exists at section 354 of the Victorian Crimes Act 1958. To activate the right by private prosecution Julia Gillard was charged with a Common Law offence of Concealing Treason. The charge was filed in the Melbourne Magistrates Court during December of 2007 and served 15th January 2008 at the Synnott Street Werribee Electoral Office, returnable to Melbourne Magistrates Court on 29th January 2009

Since 1984 there has been an organized concerted attack on all Constitutions in the Commonwealth of Australia purportedly to achieve a Republic, but, in reality to trap every Australian into a United Nations Globalization agenda without their knowledge or consent.

“The State of Queensland Corporation” took over all Fee Simple Land Titles, leaving property owners with a Title certificate, but no rights ...
Common Law:
“The State of Queensland Corporation” took away all rights under Magna Carta. Protection provided by Separation of Power (the State) and the Law

“The State of Queensland Corporation” merged the Governor, Judges, Courts, Police, Public Service into the Corporation; under the Dictatorship of the Premier as a defacto Republic, as evidenced by PM Rudd, in the last paragraph of his speech to the Adelaide Jobs Forum South Australia 20 April 2009, where he used the words the " Peoples Republic of Queensland ".
VICTORIA
With total disregard to the Commonwealth Referendum result held during 1999, the Victorian Parliament introduced a Bill titled “Courts and Tribunals Legislation (Further Amendment) Bill” 24th May 2000. The purpose of the Bill was to abolish “The oath of Allegiance” from the Legal Practice Act 1996 The Bill was introduced into the Victorian Parliament by Mr R Hulls; the Attorney General for the State of Victoria, the Bill did become an Act without any referendum in full breach of the 1999 Commonwealth referendum result.
WESTERN AUSTRALIA
On 1st January 2004 the Attorney General of Western Australia Mr J McGinty in agreement with the then Governor Mr Sanderson enacted an Act titled “Acts Amendment and Repeal Courts and Legal Practice Act 2003 (WA)”.
The purpose of the Bill/Act was to remove the Crown and Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth ll Her Heirs and Successors and Subjects from specific law within Western Australia in full breach of the 1999 Commonwealth referendum result. The Bill/Act did not have any referendum authorizing this legislation.
All Attorney Generals Charged with Treason In the period 15th December 2006 and 29th January 2007 when Julia Gillard was charged. All current Attorney Generals operating within the Commonwealth of Australia were also charged by private prosecution after which the legal right to the Grand Jury process was also activated in relation to each Attorney General.
Damian Bugg (Commonwealth Public Prosecutions)
The Director of Public Prosecutions Mr Damian Bugg was also charged with the other defendants, but, Mr Bugg sent an office delegate to the Court to have his criminal charge dismissed with the other named defendants.
The Retaliation
Because criminal charges for serious indictable offences were filed against “Government Officials”, two Attorney Generals filed civil actions against Brian Shaw to have their Courts declare him a “vexatious litigant” in an attempt to conceal the Grand Jury process activated in criminal jurisdiction against themselves McGinty / Bugg (Co-joined) The civil suit in Western Australia was originated by Mr J McGinty the then Attorney General for the State of Western Australia co-joined by Mr Damian Bugg the Director of Public Prosecutions Commonwealth.
The Matter (WA)
The civil writ was heard by Commissioner Braddock (CIV 2264/2004), on appeal by Justice McKechnie (CIV 1128/2005), on appeal (Full Court) by Justices Styler, Buss and Christine Wheeler (CACV 83/2005)
The Arrest
At the appeal (Full Court) the three Supreme Court Judges, Styler, Buss and Christine Wheeler were informed from the bar table that the removal of both the Crown and Monarch from the Supreme Court Act (WA) was an act of Treason and as such the three Judges were primary offenders, accordingly they were placed under arrest from the bar table and formally charged for such offence in the Melbourne Magistrates Court, now pending Grand Jury process.
Corryn Rayner (Supreme Court Registrar)
murdered by person/persons unknown and her body buried in Kings Park overlooking Perth, Western Australia. Costs have been incurred in Western Australia involving this civil writ instigated by McGinty/Bugg against Brian Shaw. Corryn Rayner was the registrar who heard the taxing issue relating to the Supreme Court costs.
R Hulls (Attorney General Victoria)
To halt and delay the criminal process activated against specific “Government Officials”, R Hulls, the Victorian Attorney General also issued a civil writ against Brian Shaw to get “His Courts” to declare Brian Shaw a vexatious litigant in the State of Victoria His Courts Termed “His Courts” because it was Mr Hulls that introduced the Bill (now Act) titled Courts and Tribunals Legislation (Further Amendment) Act” into the Victorian Parliament removing the Oath of Allegiance without referendum approval in breach of the 1999 referendum result
The Order
The order sought by Mr Hulls was given by Justice Hansen stating: “Mr Shaw can only file further process by leave of a Court presided over by an Australian Lawyer”
Australian Lawyer
For any person to sit in any Court within the State of Victoria under the auspices of “An Australian Lawyer” is to agree with the “Oath of Allegiance” being removed from the Legal Practice Act in Victoria, Legislation introduced by Mr Hulls himself.
The Appeal
The appeal of the Hulls writ was heard by Justice Dodds Streeton and Nettle. Both were challenged for bias and after consideration continued the appeal hearing and upheld the decision of Hansen given in the civil judgment Dodds Streeton (A Defendant Judge) The challenge of bias concerning Justice Dodds Streeton emanated from the National Bank writ issued against the Walter Family. During the hearing of the Walter matter Dodds Streeton did admit having a financial interest with the National Bank. When asked by Carmen Walter to stand down Dodds Streeton declined, heard the matter resulting in the loss of $4.000.000, (Four Million Dollars) worth of Real Estate at Wodonga Victoria.
Dodds Streeton was formally charged by Carmen Walter and a Grand Jury.
Application was also lodged with the Full Court of the Supreme Court of Victoria Dodds Streeton and Nettle A number of people have lodged “criminal process” at the Full Court of the Supreme Court of Victoria for Grand Jury hearing after witnessing the conduct and concealment of serious indictable offences by Justices Dodds Streeton and Nettle.
Civil or Criminal Jurisdiction
The fundamental and basic principal of law activates that whenever and wherever indictable offences are discovered in any civil matter, the “criminal matter takes priority” over the civil.
The Criminal Charges
The criminal charges lodged by myself and others involving and discovering serious indictable offences ranging from treason to Judges hearing their own matters have not been withdrawn and remain pending Grand Jury process.
Local Government
If the “United Nations agenda” as revealed by Beasley’s statement is to function within Australia, then Local Government must submit and agree to the United Nations agenda. The three tiers of Government are Local, State and Federal.
Grand Jury
The only competent and legal jurisdiction to hear the twin offences of Treason and or Misprision of Treason (Concealment of) is a sitting Grand Jury (23 Electors) this is stated law.
“It is provided now that all the prosecutions shall be by presentment, but preserving the prerogative of the Crown through the Attorney General to proceed by information, except in case of ‘treason’ which has to be by indictment. Now indictment means by Grand Jury and therefore, inasmuch as the statute provides that Treason shall be tried by indictment only. That means that it must be by Grand Jury and no other means is provided for bringing it before a Grand Jury. The finding of the Attorney General is equivalent to the finds of the Grand Jury, but in the case of Treason it must be the finding of the Grand Jury.” [Byrne v Armstrong (1899) 25 VLR 126 at 132]
The Application
Any application applying for a Grand Jury hearing in the State of Victoria under section 354 of the Crimes Act 1958 (Vic) must be heard by the “Full Court” (Not Appeal Court) of the Supreme Court of Victoria sitting in criminal jurisdiction.
The sitting Judges hearing the application against the named defendants are “limited to hearing the charge only”. They are unable to enter into the evidence of the matter, such jurisdiction is the exclusive jurisdiction of a sitting Grand Jury.
“The Section (354) does not place upon the Full Court the task of examining the evidence. Nor of determining whether the prosecutor has established a true bill. The section bearing the interpretation, which was placed upon it many years ago, which has never been questioned by Parliament, gives the Full Court a limited role which is no more than we have described. It requires no more than an affidavit complying with the section, disclosing an indictable offence.” Lorne Campbell 1986 (BC8600228)
The Perverting Process (Freemasonry)
In the year 2001 Carmen Walter and Brian Shaw (the plaintiffs) attempted to issue a “civil writ” against “Freemasonry Victoria”, the writ was refused by the Supreme Court Prothonotary under verbal instruction of Justice Beach. Following the refusal of the “civil writ” an application was lodged with the Full Court of the Supreme Court Victoria
The Actual Hearing
The events surrounding the actual hearing will be correctly placed into a separate affidavit but, Brian Shaw states that the only intent of the Full Court of the Supreme Court (Five Judges) was to have the Byrne Armstrong judgment overturned because it stated:
“That where the affidavit reveals an indictable offence the Court has no discretionary power but to order the sheriff to form the Grand Jury”
Respect for the Constitution
Clearly there is now no respect for the Constitution of the Commonwealth or States, rather the Constitutions have now been overlaid by a massive corporation structure, inclusive of the Supreme Courts and High Court

The whole plan back-fired on Satan and because of the Crucifixion and Resurrection everyone has known about Jesus and his words and mission, for two thousand years, and, if the Crucifixion and Resurrection of Jesus hadn't happened then, no-one would.
Revelation chapter 2 verse 9 "I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and [I know] the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are NOT, but [are] (Idumean converts to Judaism) the synagogue (church or community) of Satan."
The Idumeans are enemies of Israel, and, since their conversion to Judaism have become the enemy within, who have stolen the land of Israel, more than once, from the TRUE Israel who are the Brit-ish. God has told the world this TRUTH through the Old Testament Book of His Prophet Ezekiel in chapter 36 verse 5 and chapter 11 verse 15. This Prophecy was to Israel not to Jewdah.
The most recent occasion being under the U.N.O. charter of 1947, which took the Land of Israel away from the British, who are its rightful owners and who had held it under the British Mandate since recapturing it from the Turks, on the 9th of December 1917, during World War I, which was in exact fulfillment of God's Prophecy concerning "the treading down of Jerusalem, by the gentiles, for 2,520 years". That "treading down" ended, exactly, to the day, as prophesied more than 2,520 years in advance, on the 9th of December 1917, and the U.N.O. gave it (Palestine) to the Idumean converts to Judaism, who are not racially decended from Judah or Jewdah's dad (Jacob/Israel) but from Jacob/Israel's brother, Esau.
The word Brit-ish is Hebrew and it means "The People of The Covenant" or in other words "The People Israel". Brit is Hebrew meaning The Covenant and -ish means exactly the same in Hebrew as it does in English, which is, "the man or people of". So Brit-ish means the man or people of The Covenant - The People Israel, who are the only people with whom God has made an Everlasting Covenant, the terms of which are written in The Torah* - Pentateuch.

The Idumeans are referred to, by God, in the Old Testament Book of His Prophet Ezekiel, as being the enemy of Israel (in chapter 36 verses 2 and 5) and they are also referred to, by God (not by me), as being scum (in chapter 24 verses 6, 11 and 12). [Rich scum]
The Guild or Hidden Hand are dependent for their power and wealth upon the spice Melange. As Muad'Dib drinks The Water of Life the Jeserit priestly sisterhood, which in reality, according to Christ, is the Jesuit brotherhood who wear priestly frocks, like women, all bleed and are removed from authority over the people by Oussel/Muad'Dib. This is explained in detail in the Prophecy of Christ in chapters 17 and 18 of his Revelation, that he gave PERSONALLY to John, the disciple that Jesus loved (spiritually and not physically).

Paul Muad'Dib, after drinking The Water of Life and thereby destroying his body's human-self, not his body, enters into the place that is terrifying to women, where women can not go, or look - the spirit-dimension, and so becomes his real and higher-self. It is there that he realises that the worms that protect the spice, and the spice itself, are one and the same, being the two sides of the same COIN. At that same time he realises that whoever controls the spice controls the universe (planet Earth in this context) and that he has the power to destroy the spice and its production for ever.

Then in the safety of the long-hall under "The Mountain of Rock" his followers call him "Mahdi", "Mahdi", "Mahdi". Mahdi is an Arabic name for the Christ - the Chosen One, from the outer-world (The Universe) who has come (to Earth) to lead all men to TRUE freedom and to fight the Jihad or Holy-War against the kings of the Earth to cleanse the world of their evil, satanically-inspired empire, and systems of government; that create mass poverty and a very wealthy, very small, minority; exactly as is prophesied by Christ himself, in his own Prophetical Book of Revelation/Apocalypse that he gave personally to his apostle John.
17:12 And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.
17:13 These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.
17:14 These shall make war against the Lamb (Christ), and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they (The Fremen Warriors - JEDI Knights) that are with him [are] called, and chosen, and faithful (faithful Keepers of The Covenant, which is designed to prevent poverty and thus crime too).
Muad'Dib became "The Hand of God" and trained The Fremen to use The weirding Way of battle and to become Holy-Warriors (JEDI knights) who then fought THE Jihad in fulfillment of the 'Legend' (Prophecies) and he pronounced death-eternal to all who stand against the Righteous (The Fremen or JEDIs), and Covenant.
Isaiah chapter 33 verse 19 "Thou shalt not see a fierce people, a people of a deeper speech than thou canst perceive; of a ridiculous (weird sounding) way of talking [The Truth], [that thou (the majority who believe they are human) can] not understand."
If you find and then tell people the TRUTH and that they themselves are not really human but are spirit-Beings, who are locked inside of human-animal bodies that they have to take control of and whose selfish animal-instincts they have to overcome, in order to teach themselves (the Being) not to be selfish either, most people will say that you are WEIRD and that you are talking ridiculously (even though it is TRUE), in fulfillment of the above Prophecy.
In the film The weirding Way is demonstrated by speaking deeply and using a technique involving sound and Light [God's Truth - the Sword of the Spirit - the "Light-sabre" of Starwars] and motion to set Fires (baptise people with "Fire" [the Holy Spirit] and therewith burn out the evil from within the hearts and minds of human+Beings); paralyze nerves; shatter bones (of contention); suffocate the enemy or burst their organs (of government - governmental organ-isations) and totally destroy all opposition to the Laws and The Covenant of God and His TRUE Justice that is for ALL men and FREE.
Isaiah chapter 41 verse 15 states, "Behold, I will make thee a new sharp threshing instrument having teeth: thou shalt thresh the "mountains" (the Prophetical code-word for governments*), and beat [them] small, and shalt make the "hills" (code-word for bureaucracies) as chaff. (* Refer to my "Four Horsemen Booklet")
41:16 Thou shalt fan them, and the wind shall carry them away, and the whirlwind shall scatter them: and thou shalt rejoice in the "I AM", [and] shalt glory in the Holy One (the Christ) of Israel."
The Fremen Battle-cry is "Ayesa" which is Arabic for Jesus which is Hebrew for Saviour or Helper, which is a title, not a name.
Muad'Dib's secret name is Oussal, which is "the strength of the base of the pillar" or in other words "The Corner-Stone" [Christ] as in Biblical Scripture. (Matthew 21 v 42-44; Isaiah 28 v 16; etc.)
The Fremen are then taught, by their new leader, how to destroy spice production and bring the obscenely rich Guild to its knees.
Oussal/Muad'Dib brings the world out of darkness into the Light; defeats all of the kings of the Earth and brings forth [spiritual and physical] "Rain" from God as in Isaiah chapter 41 verses 17-18.
41:17 [When] the poor and needy seek water, and [there is] none, [and] their tongue faileth for thirst, I the "I AM" will hear them, I the God of Israel will not forsake them.
41:18 I will open rivers in high places, and fountains in the midst of the valleys: I will make the wilderness a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water.
The Fremen are the righteous who want to serve ONLY God and His Laws, as in Isaiah chapter 33 verse 15; on the Fortress of Rock - Gibraltar, verse 16; where they shall see the King, verse 17.
33:15 He that walketh righteously, and speaketh uprightly; he that despiseth the gain by oppressions, that shaketh his hands from taking of bribes, that stoppeth his ears from hearing of bloodshed, and shutteth his eyes from seeing evil;
33:16 He shall dwell on high: his place of defence [shall be] THE Fortress of Rock: bread shall be given him; his waters [shall be] sure.
33:17 Thine eyes shall see the King (Christ) in his beauty: they shall behold the land that is very far off (Israel).

The spice is poison, which causes death, symbolized by the worms, and it is death that gives human-value (a false value) to the spice Melange, which, as I have already stated, means variety. Variety is not really the spice of life, it is the spice of death - poison, as Paul Muad'Dib righteously; correctly and courageously states.
The production, marketing and consuming, followed by the continuous throwing-away of a never-ending variety (Melange) of merchandise, is destroying and polluting (poisoning) planet Earth and everything that lives on it; animal, vegetable and YOU.
Satan has deceived you all into believing that you are "ONLY human", which of course; Satan being the Devil, (which is Hebrew meaning the LIAR); is a LIE, as Jesus stated clearly to Nicodemus and it is written in the Gospel of John, chapter 3 verses 3-7.
3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, TRULY, TRULY, I say unto thee, Except a man be born from above, he cannot SEE the Kingdom of God.
3:4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?
3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water (human) and then (later) is born from above as his spirit-Being (his REAL self which is NOT human), he can NOT enter into the Kingdom of God (Who Himself is a Spirit-Being).
3:6 That which is born of the flesh is human; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit (a spirit-Being) - (human+Being).
3:7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.
3:8 The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and where it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

People who believe Satan's lie, believe that they have only one life and a very short time in which to acquire as much as they possibly can, of everything, before they die; and those same people, who are in love with materialism and its variety (the spice Melange), are actually helping Satan to poison (pollute) and destroy the Earth.
Democratic nations refer constantly to the state of their economies, which again is one of Satan their master's deceptions and lies. The TRUTH is that they are actually the opposite of democracies and economies and are, in reality, total extravagances. There is absolutely nothing economic or conservative about a consumer, throw-it-away, society and the two things, conserve and consume, are a contradiction in terms and impossible to reconcile.
It is this modern-day, insanely insatiable, consumerism (of the spice Melange) that is poisoning and thereby bringing sickness and death to the Earth; its environment and YOU all.
Christ said, "YOU can NOT serve (love) God (good) and mammon (materialism)", because they are opposites. Just as Satan, the destroyer (Revelation chapter 9 verse 11), has taught his children (his followers) the way of materialism and consumerism with his market-system, which he started; originally in the now totally destroyed City of Babylon; and God, Who destroyed it, and Who teaches responsibility and TRUE conservation, are opposites.
The word Satan is Hebrew meaning The Opposer (someone who does the opposite) and, in Satan's case, he is, and does, the opposite from God. Anyone doing the opposite to God is working for Satan.
Christ has already stated, in His Bible Book of Revelation chapter 11, what He is going to do to ALL of those people who are destroying the Earth (which today means almost everyone):-
11:18 And the nations were angry, and Thy wrath is come, and the Time of the "Dead", that they should be Judged, and that Thou shouldest give reward unto Thy Servants the Prophets, and to the holy people, and them that fear Thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.

ENTERED APPRENTICE
In the presence of the great architect of the universe, and of this worthy, worshipful and warranted lodge of free and accepted masons, regularly assembled properly dedicated of my own free will and accord do hereby (v m touches candidates right hand with his left hand and hereon (v m touches The Bible with his left hand) sincerely and solemnly promise and swear that I will always hele, conceal and never reveal.
These secret points I solemnly swear to observe, without evasion, equivocation, or mental reservation of any kind, under no less a penalty, on the violation of any of them, than that of having my throat cut across, my tongue torn out by the root, and buried in the sand of the sea at low water mark, or a cable’s length from the shore, where the tide regularly ebbs and flows twice in twenty four hours or…

CRIMINAL CODE ACT 1913 WA
SECTION 47
Unlawful oaths to commit crimes punishable with strict security life imprisonment
Any person who —
(1) Administers or is present at and consents to the administering of, any oath, or engagement in the nature of an oath, purporting to bind the person who takes it to commit any crime punishable with strict security life imprisonment; or
(2) Takes any such oath or engagement, not being compelled to do so; or
(3) Attempts to induce any person to take any such oath or engagement; is guilty of a crime, and is liable to imprisonment for 20 years.
SECTION 48
Other unlawful oaths to commit offences
Any person who —
(1) Administers, or is present at and consents to the administering of, any oath or engagement in the nature of an oath purporting to bind the person who takes it to act in any of the ways following, that is to say —
(a) To engage in any seditious enterprise;
(b) To commit any indictable offence not punishable with strict security life imprisonment;
(c) To disturb the public peace;
(d) To be of any association, society, or confederacy formed for the purpose of doing any such act as aforesaid;
(e) To obey the orders or commands of any committee or body of men not lawfully constituted, or of any leader or commander or other person not having authority by law for that purpose;
(f) Not to inform or give evidence against any associate, confederate, or other person;
(g) Not to reveal or discover any unlawful association, society, or confederacy, or any illegal act done or to be done, or any illegal oath or engagement that may have been administered or tendered to or taken by himself or any other person, or the import of any such oath or engagement;
or
(2) Takes any such oath or engagement, not being compelled to do so; or
(3) Attempts to induce any person to take any such oath or engagement; is guilty of a crime, and is liable to imprisonment for 7 years.
SECTION 86
Administering extra judicial oaths
(1) Any person who administers an oath or takes a declaration or affirmation without having lawful authority so to do is guilty of a misdemeanour and is liable to imprisonment for 2 years.
(2) This section does not apply to an oath, declaration or affirmation administered or taken —
(a) as authorised or required by law of; or
(b) for purposes lawful in, another country, State or Territory.
CRIMES ACT VICTORIA 1958
Section 316. Unlawful oaths to commit treason, murder etc.
(1) Every person who-
(a) administers or is present at and consents to the administering of any oath or engagement in the nature of an oath purporting to bind the person who takes it to commit treason or murder; or
(b) takes any such oath or engagement not being compelled to do so; or
(c) induces or attempts to induce any person to take any such oath or engagement-
shall be guilty of an indictable offence, and shall be liable to level 5 imprisonment (10 years maximum).
(2) Every person who-
(a) administers or is present at and consents to the administering of any oath or engagement in the nature of an oath purporting to bind the person who takes it to act in any of the ways following (that is to say):-
(i) to engage in any mutinous or seditious enterprise;
(ii) to commit any indictable offence other than treason or murder;
(iii) to disturb the public peace;
(iv) to be of any association society or confederacy formed for the purpose of doing any such act as aforesaid;
(v) to obey the order or commands of any committee or body of men not lawfully constituted or of any leader or commander or other person not having authority by law for that purpose;
(vi) not to inform or give evidence against any associate confederate or other person;
(vii) not to reveal or discover any unlawful association society or confederacy or any illegal act done or to be done or any illegal oath or engagement that may have been administered or tendered to or taken by himself or any other person or the import of any such oath or engagement; or
(b) takes any such oath or engagement not being compelled to do so; or
(c) induces or attempts to induce any person to take any such oath or engagement-
shall be guilty of an indictable offence, and shall be liable to level 6 imprisonment (5 years maximum).
(3) A person who takes any such oath or engagement as is mentioned in the last two preceding sub-sections cannot set up as a defence that he was compelled to do so unless within fourteen days after taking it or if he is prevented by actual force or sickness within fourteen days after the termination of such prevention he declares by information on oath before some member of the Executive Council or a magistrate or if he is on actual service in Her Majesty's forces by sea or land either by such information or by information to his commanding officer the whole of what he knows concerning the matter, including the person or persons by whom and in whose presence and the place where and the time when the oath or engagement was administered or taken.
(4) A person who has been tried and convicted or acquitted on a charge of any of the offences mentioned in this section shall not be afterwards prosecuted upon the same facts for treason or for failing when he knows that any person intends to commit treason to give information thereof with all reasonable despatch to a magistrate or use other reasonable endeavours to prevent the commission of the crime.
