Originally they went to Orion to find a suitable planet cause they screwed this one up totally.P45's returned to earth to find good clean DNA to help repair problems that happened when they played with their own DNA trying to attempt to force evolution to make living on their new planet more comfortable. The planet is cold, average temperarture is 32 degrees, and dark hence the big eyes, the night vision lens implants and the smooth dolphin like skin. They are not really lizards at all. In attempts to change their DNA they played with the sweat glands to produce an anti freeze like substance. (ethelyne glycol) It worked to a certain extent but they didn't realize the long term effects on the central nervous system, which causes hemiplegia, the loss of sensation in the skin and extremities.Sort of a malignant neuropathy. They realized if they didn't get a handle on it it would and has doomed them to extinction.P52's have two types, long nosed and short nosed. The long nosed are the bad ones and the short nosed are the rogues who have separated from the main group. They are against the unlawful abductions and seek peaceful terms for finding a cure.The P45’s have been dealing with the US govt for many years and are responsible for most abductions and missing persons. They made a deal with the US to provide technology in exchange for human guinea pigs. They basically have no concern for us.Knowing they allowed the earth to fall into ruin they have they ability to come back in time and help fix the planet. The P45's would rather let the Earth continue on its course than fix it. Fixing it will probably eliminate their existence so instead of fixing it they are causing it to happen by feeding the US govt with technologies that we aren’t ready for which will ensure their existance.The P52 rogues are the friendly grays who provide healing and help for their earth contacts. They get the mantis like similarities because the neuropathies have advanced to the point they cannot hold their arms to the sides any more and they walk leaning forward in a slow shuffle. They are the ones that nurture the volunteer abductees who are impregnated and give up the child before the end of the first trimester. The embryo is placed into a incubation chamber and when it is ready for “birth” they pick up the birth mother and show her the child. This allows for closure and minimizes the mental damage caused by the fetus having been taken. The children are part of a “new future” for their peoples. Hopefully, but sadly they rely on cloning for procreation as they have mostly lost their ability to breed viable offspring. They have not understood ascension nor polarization.Know this, we can change our future but they cannot change their past. When they tried it caused a secondary time line. They did not take into account the effect the antifreeze would have on the central nervous system. The antifreeze causes irritation and pain to the nerves as well as a sclerodermal reactions to the skin giving the appearance of scales and so the reptilian idea.The large eyes are due to the lack of bright sunlight and also have been improved by the addition of light amplifying lenses similar to contact lenses.
