  All this allows for the development of land or space expansion without considering the price. Therefore socialism as the system is so common in the universe, in one form or another.

      China is doing this only because the economy is tied to the dollar. China's economy is one-sided and is tied to mass production. In fact, the fall in demand for Chinese goods in the world market will mean a rapid collapse of the Chinese economy. Therefore we can say that China is dependent on the level of consumption in the U.S. and the EU.
