clairmaneuvering

I lacked a word to call what I have been trying to acheive for quite a long time but succeeded sometimes last year. So I called it CLAIRMANEUVERING.To clairmaneuver is to lose the idea of your standing still body and completely feel as though you are moving around while FULLY AWAKE. No sleeping and no hypnosis! Astral projection involves the latter.I did found that the scenario painted by eyes when I close them brings about euphoria, especially when they come SPOTANEOUSLY and even more when I BELEIVE that it is some actual scenario.So I thought that if I feel myself walking in such a land, things can realy be nice. But then I could never loose the idea of my still body.Last year, I did realise that it was all because I knew no idea of directions in that fantasy land. I found that it is a piece of cake to try with a scenario I know of. If I am facing east and then I close eyes and visualise a land feature that exists in west, before long, I loose the feeling that I am facing east. When I visualise my body as though in another FARMILIAR place, before long, I feel exactly as though I am at that place. As such I can now move around by simply imagining that I am moving!However, this activity is extreemly tiring to my nerves!
