    Coffee and Coke are the two main Caffeine drinks that mess you up in the long run .. Both are just like tempory fixes which may make you feel better when you drink but after some time you may feel worse and you were probably better before drinking them ... Long term and you get kind of used to the after effects and hence get addicted.

    What you put in your body is your own business, but I will agree that caffeine in large amounts may kill you.  Why do you think that the government has the right to tell you what to put in your own body?  What if I told you what you could put in your body?  THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT OUR DADDY.

    Well think before you decide that it is time for Coffee.
    I drink chai tea in moderation and very rarely soft drinks containing Caffeine .
    Coffee and Coke are really a short term fix with bad long term effects as an addiction and health destroying agents
