Here is a great article for People within a community to help themselves and others. Food is important and where it comes from.
I also know a few large chain stores are closing up around our area. The weather has been hard on growers too so the next thing is cost.
I don't want to depend on others to supply my food. I have done some small bucket style growing and small garden in my yard.
I would like to have a local year round green house like this one. They even grow fish! This looks promising.

I wonder how hard it would be to see if I can get a small plot of land or a abandoned building supplied by the local area and with some donations make an area like this where I live , then see it repeated.
Would be cool.
