Black Cumin Seeds are also known as Nigella Sativa so you might find this written on the packet as the ones I bought from Wholefoods. You can put some in food or put in Naan bread, Prantas, pitta bread, puris or chapattis or even in bread and rolls that you bake at home

Actually I got some black cumin seeds recently from Wholefoods and I warm them up and take a teaspoon full daily.
BLACK SEED OIL ...is also good but shop around as I found it's cost varied from £44 -£9.99 in different stores in London also depending on its source, quality and quantity
