Omnec Onec which is a woman who came to Earth from the 4th dimension of Venus says that the black race came from Jupiter in a higher dimension also. So I would say there are black "aliens" too, Unless they do not come and check on their Earth families, which I would find peculiar. Maybe they are just better at avoiding publicity?

First and for most when you mention black, they are referring to people of color anything not white on the planet, anyone who is not European ancestral or descendant especially by the color of the skin.
