Sometimes, one has to reflect upon choices with care....Each has a free choice to be vegan, or in my case, omniverous....And practice the ketogenic diet, with intermittent fasting....Only breaking the rule on special occasions, such as Christmas, or birthdays, etc...Some carbs may be eaten then, but not too much....
In this video, observe 16:00, comparing the height and sizes of Khazar nomads, with domesticated men.....The latter being pipsqueak in comparison, as the nomads eat meat and dairy and so proper nutrition...The domesticated city dwellers eat high carbs, high sugars, low protein, minimal dairy and so are tiny little men...
Moreover, one of my Sirian contacts, Vashtar, is over 7-foot tall and built very well....He didn't get that way by eating fruit and rice....
