Awakening you light body

Greetings all, just wanted to post the link about awakening and aligning with our light bodies to elevate and expand our consciousness, i am pretty sure thats what these times are all about, lets all focus on raising frequency and expanding and elevating our consciousness while coming from a place of love and laughter, diversity and unity, we still have to try and enjoy life while trying to make our lives better or more self suficient.
