  Note that Red China's population has diminished, rapidly, since around 2021 and dropped from a massive 1.5 billion, to closer to 500 million and falling......🇨🇳Going, going, gone, is the trend.....A 66.67% decrease to date and it's not just covid19, nor the vaxx.....

  Well health, I just do what animals do lol Drink water, stay active, eat whenever possible lol Or when I'm hungry. And that's basically it, I mean health isn't some far off thing, it's actually quite simple, and would be simple if we weren't living in a world designed to make us unhealthy.
  
  Because the so called health care industry isn't about health, it's about WEALTH, it's designed, and I know this first hand lol It's designed to create CUSTOMERS and have them keep coming back, it's not designed to heal. That's why there's no cures for ANYTHING, even the common cold. And they make BILLIONS off out sickness so it's in their interest to keep us sick, and the whole thing is SICK and a disgrace to humanity.
  
  Luckily, health isn't, again, some far off thing, it's actually pretty basic, something even the lowest animal does lol You'll be hard pressed to find an unhealthy animal, unless they're like living in some area where there's no food.

  I love garlic and for some reason, especially when the weather warms up...I eat it raw and chop a clove, leave it for ten minutes, then eat it with cheese...usually cheddar, which I prefer with it...Highly recommended for health...
  One other tip is, eat French, of Spanish garlic, any location other than from the PRC...

  Ebolavirus outbreak and why westerners need not panic....It's passed by touch and/or bodily fluids.....Not airborne transmitted, like measles, or influenza...There have been even worse ebola outbreaks in central Africa, than the current one and it did not reach western nations...Even if one case is recorded, transmission is not easy, unless close contact, as with a sexual partner...

  There is a plant fruit, known to ancient Sumerians, that can create massive rejuvenative health, within the human body...Making changes to a variety of conditions, not unlike what ketosis and fasting can achieve....It's not a plant of immortality, an elixir of life, but apparently, it does afford youth and health upon he, or she, who consumes it.....It still grows, in Socotra, an island off Yemen...but is rare......and so the ketogenic diet is better...HOWEVER I find this interesting and demonstrates how much ancient Sumeria was aided by the offworlders...

  Nor is hantavirus a new illness and well-documented as typically spread by close contact with infected rodents or their urine, saliva and faeces...

  If anyone is in panic mode over hantavirus, due to several idiots trying to stoke fears, online, I would suggest that they realise that it's not like covid, nor like the bubonic plague, in so far as it cannot be spread through sneezing, but rather through exposure to infected dusts from rats faeces, or saliva, which is most unusual....And if people are carriers, through such exposure, they can only pass it on to other humans, through sex, or kissing and close proximity.....So somewhat like the AIDS virus....which was a scare in the 1980s, within certain types of "gay" communities, who engaged in unprotected sex....
  Not something you pick up at the local supermarket, bus stop, or train station....
  So being afraid is absurd.....And there is an mRNA vaccine for such afraid types and I would suggest to them, drop being afraid of catching hantavirus and instead, avoid the real danger, the mRNA vaxx..
