While out on one of my walks the idea of starting a page on here that gets into anything health came to mind and since we post health related videos on the comment wall all the time I figured why not start a health discussion page. All our welcome as usual to post on here.

  • If anyone is in panic mode over hantavirus, due to several idiots trying to stoke fears, online, I would suggest that they realise that it's not like covid, nor like the bubonic plague, in so far as it cannot be spread through sneezing, but rather through exposure to infected dusts from rats faeces, or saliva, which is most unusual....And if people are carriers, through such exposure, they can only pass it on to other humans, through sex, or kissing and close proximity.....So somewhat like the AIDS virus....which was a scare in the 1980s, within certain types of "gay" communities, who engaged in unprotected sex....
    Not something you pick up at the local supermarket, bus stop, or train station....
    So being afraid is absurd.....And there is an mRNA vaccine for such afraid types and I would suggest to them, drop being afraid of catching hantavirus and instead, avoid the real danger, the mRNA vaxx..

  • I’ve been noticing a lot of discussion lately about the rise of young people getting cancer, especially in recent years (after the Covid vaccine).   • Moreover, if anyone that consumes regular sea food, of the larger variety of fish, they may be pleased to know that selenium binds with mercury and negates the effects...AI states the following, anent the matter:

  • I make a point of only eating fish that contains zero to minimum mercury, such as salmon wild caught and sardines....I also enjoy some shellfish, mainly prawns, as I don't like crab, nor mussels, nor oysters.....sometimes lobster, but seasonal and expensive...Prawns are great with parsley and garlic...and contain good amounts of zinc...Also, pleased to hear, very little mercury, as too short lved and small to accumulate, unlike larger fish...I never touch tuna, nor sword fish...and on keto, never eat the traditional fish & chips, which is often cod, or rock, or haddock...Off limits to me...
