To lose weight, you must get healthy through lifestyle changes...Short cuts, such as drugs, also present terrible side effects, including serious vision problems, leading to blindness....

Moreover, for myself, I never took a rapid antigen test (RAT,) up the nose swab....Not ever, because I knew, right from the start, that the whole thing was rubbish.....My brother, who believed the official lie, even offered me a test kit to take, before a visit to his place, which I pretended to take, only, before arriving....as some people cannot handle truth and state propaganda at that time, was causing insanity in many...Of course, common sense went out the window with most people...There were few like me, who resisted the madness...
