  The answer is MAGNESIUM.....taken on a regular basis, in green salads, as well as supplemented...Especially for older people, it is important to obtain the correct stomach ph, in order to absorb this mineral, in sufficient quantities, so take organic apple cider vinegar, before the meal....And as ever I recommend the ketogenic diet, plus I/F...I take magnesium citrate tablets, as a supplemented form, but there are other compounds of magnesium, some better, some not so good. He reveals that it is the chemicals that are put in these foods that keep people addicted to these unhealthy foods. He talks about all the sugars that are put into these foods as well that keep people addicted to these foods.
