The answer is MAGNESIUM.....taken on a regular basis, in green salads, as well as supplemented...Especially for older people, it is important to obtain the correct stomach ph, in order to absorb this mineral, in sufficient quantities, so take organic apple cider vinegar, before the meal....And as ever I recommend the ketogenic diet, plus I/F...I take magnesium citrate tablets, as a supplemented form, but there are other compounds of magnesium, some better, some not so good. I posted yesterday about Ivermectin being maybe a cure against cancer and other diseases, well it's starting to look promising. Most likely so many other cures are going to be coming out soon as well.
