In the last week I have had a very uncomfortable neck, like stiff and headache's all day. It seem to be in the back starting from the base of the head down to the spine and swelling on both sides along with headaches. Could be just a virus or is it from us moving into 5D? Any thoughts...

A Stiff Neck
Louise says a stiff neck suggests "unbending bullheadedness" and her suggested self affirmation is "It is safe to see other viewpoints".
I noticed this to be true for me when I got a stiff neck. I recognised where I was being stubborn, and when I let that go, using the affirmation statement, my neck became flexible again.
Constipation
She suggests that constipation is caused by "refusing to release old ideas. Stuck in the past. Sometimes stinginess." Her suggested affirmation statement is "As I release the past, the new and fresh and vital enter. I allow life to flow through me". This makes so much sense to me.
......... sorry about the Constipation one.. lol .. it was right below the Stiff Neck so I threw it in for good measure .. heehee..

You know if you look at all the "Ascension Symptoms" listed in a few videos, they cover just about anything you can imagine. I wonder who came up with this list of symptoms? Since no one has ascended before (that remembers anyway), where did this info come from? It may be true, just saying....

I feel very similar to this. it does have alot to do with 5d consciousness. your owning up to your creation and projection as a being. your pain and ll that you experience is your own. The cranial sacral area is being awakened which is a crux to the kundalini and full body activation. your consciousness dwells within the body. know this and all is well:)

When you get there, they're like, huh what the HELL happened to you?? O.o
Attributing your stiff neck to "moving into 5D" is like saying someone having an epileptic seizure is not really suffering from neurological problems, they are just having a "supernatural"experience. Having a virus is a testable hypothesis, whereas your multidimensional one, well... not so much. Attributing medical problems to "magical" causes is something that could put your health at serious risk.
It doesn't have to be an ascension symptom. Maybe you slept the wrong way, with your head at a bad angle, that causes stiffness, especially in the mornings. Maybe you have bad posture, which puts more strain on the back, shoulders, and neck, making them stiff. Maybe you're just a tense and intense person, naturally, and need to relax more. There's alot of different reasons, it doesn't have to be ascension symptoms. People attribute everything to ascension symptoms, they get a cold and think it's ascension symptoms....you know, maybe you just caught a cold lol
Nice display of sanity and common sense John! Seriously. Now why can't you apply the same skepticism and sanity that you just displayed in your reply to EVERY aspect of your life? If the human species did that all the time, then maybe we would be a respectable member of the animal kingdom once again and humanity would be worthy of continuing to exist.
Because exclusion -ism isn't the way. It never was, it can only bring you so far before it brings you right back to 0. It's like a rubber band you see.
