  ~hello katrine!~ :0) excellent endeavour: awakening one's DNA strands. i believe the best way to begin to do this, is through practice. meditation. also, yoga (if your body allows), de~toxifying through diet & environment. more yoga. mindfulness in every moment & action & through every contact with every other spiritual being. practice loving compassion. more meditation. try to commune with nature as much as possible. i don't think it's a simple "10 step process, then your there." i believe it could take lifetimes, but it's probably the best thing to do while we're here! ;0) ~namaste~

    Yes I agree, and I understand theres no direct 'steps', im just so curious where we're all headed! My body has these weird sympthomes for a while now, there are red spots on my two shoulders - symmetrically, as well on my hips and ankles.very strange! I wish there was a way for me to communicate with my body and cells.

      ~hey katrine, the spots you describe sound really interesting.. :0/ i wonder what they could be from?.. any ideas? have you researched them?

        yes I have been to some doctors but they dont figure it out.. they thought it might be allergy but it doesnt itch and i dont eat anything to promote allergy in particular..but they come and go. at night, and in the morning, they are very strong. they dont hurt! i've always had strange skin-conditions that no one understand, but it has never bothered me.

      There is a way to communicate with your body and cells: simply do it! I often talk out loud to my body. I find it reacts lovingly, like when you talk to a plant. Speaking internally to your body, and visualizing the desired results is good, as well.
