without reading it, let me guess-the Chinese govt.?-the mandarins in China have never coalesced the country like they have under communist violent rule-and because they switched to free market(except individual citizens are not allowed to invest their savings in companies domestic or foreign, there is over 1 trillion in cash in chinese banks) the mandarins, elite families , top 1 % have ammassed close to 1/2 a trillion in dollars combined! just more gangsterism
