Suddenly feeling aggressiveness. Anyone else experienced the same recently?

I've just felt a lot of aggressiveness the last few days. I think it could probably be due to the full moon. I do all I can to control it. Yesterday I was at the fitness gym, where I get really aggressive while lifting the weights.
