  Selamat jarin, Randy....Well the great blue light of creation, is the literal driving force, that animates ALL galactic activities and planning, within a Logoic evolutionary framework.....It is the divine will of the Galactic Logos, Lord Surea and is summoned by the Nine, regularly, through what Sirians call a summoning ritual, or "Aktaiwa..." Thus the specifically named and salient stargate, which exists between Sirius B3 and B4, where the Council of Nine and the Great Blue Lodge of Creation, are based....
  
  The leading member of the Nine is a highest initiated Sirian, named Lord Aescapulus.....But all members are of the ninth cosmic initiation grade....They have to be, in order to absorb and relay the highly energetic great blue light, which is a pale blue spark that they absorb, having summoned it's divine presents, a "wa ta" of Heavenly blessing......The very will of God, Lord Sureya....
  So a galactic life energy, or consciousness potential of the moment, within the eternal now..The manifested desires, or the ordered coherence of co-creation and information packages of the divine plan, enabling it's evolutionary path definitions, to manifest in creation..
  
  So the Nine absorb this divine will, received from the Galactic Logos, at the galaxy CROWN CHAKRA POINT, which is the Aktaiwa stargate (the heart chakra being the core centre, of the galaxy's spiral body,) and then they relay it out across cosmos, having stepped it down, from it's high refinement, to manageable levels and it's received in multiple divine councils of Oryon, across cosmos, including our own Shamballa, which is received by the planetary logos here, Lord Yahweh and relayed to the various departments of Hierarchy and especially that of the first ray department, as the divine will, stepped down again and out to humanity....
  
  You may recall that the Spiritual Hierarchy on Earth/Terra often describe Shamballa as the place where the "will of God is known," which is an esoteric truism...
  
  Terran astronomers will not see this daily flashing of blue light, in the vacinity of Sirius B4, as it is an energy pulsed at logoic levels and only the Nine can perceive it.....But if you could observe it, it's a pulse of pale blue light, with an indigo centre, radiating outwards, from an opening in space, near Sirius....
  
  I always like to use the analogy of a transformer, which steps down electricity, to manageable levels, lest circuits be burned out, in relay...

  I would like to clarify another point for Randy, which is about planet Sirius B4 and the name my contacts prefer to use, in contrast to what they told young Sheldan, which he understandably wants to maintain in his literature.....The planet is called by myself and current ET contacts, "Samanet," and it also has a poetic name, which Shel was told about, which is "Muktarin."
  
  Muktarin means "land of blue oceans" and upon the surface, the vast singular continent of Sakarra is surrounded on all sides by oceans...Within the oceans are the sacred ones known as "Makudeem" who act as sea guardians...They are cetaceans and descriptively, silver dolphins, twice the size of Earth dolphins...Thus the blue aquatic poetry, by using the name of Muktarin....Samanet, in contrast, is more scientific and means "focal point." Maybe not as glamourous, but used a lot by Sirians...
  
  It's a bit like planet Earth having the poetic name of "Gaia," the Earth goddess, while also being referred to by ETs, for millennia, as "Terra."
  I suspect that it was our dear Plejaren friends who had a penchant for "Terra" and got the other star nations into using it, habitually, as it is so similar to one of their Tayget system's homeworlds; "Erra," which is where many of those cosmic people come from...They have a couple of other waterworlds in the Tayget system, Plejares star cluster, such as "Askel" and "Luseta." But Erra is their main homeworld of historical note, so they like Earth to be seen as a reflection, of sorts, in the name of "Terra." Actually, personally I like Terra.......If it comes to a vote on the choice, during the forthcoming Solarian star nation, it's "Terra" on the check-box, from me....
  
  Now away from cosmic facts and onto sci-fi fantasy:
  In the fictional Star Trek, the episode; "Mirror, Mirror," featured a parallel universe, in which the "Federation of Worlds" was instead described as the "Terran Empire."
  And in another sci-fi series, from the UK, named "Blake's Seven," the galaxy was dominated by the "Terran Federation," which behaved like an empire, also...LOL

  Another point I would like to add about the Council of Nine, of the Blue Lodge on Sirius, is that each of the members possesses a light quotient at the highest grade any Galactic Human being can possess, while still retaining a form....Pure spirit is formless, in effect...
  That exalted degree is described by most GFL star nations as "Arahat athersata." Which, if we count the five initiations leading to planetary liberation, at "Ascension," we may continue the count through the four cosmic degrees, or initiations, which are:
  
  6) Jschwisch/Jschrisch.
  7) Srut.
  8) Ban‐Srut.
  9) Arahat athersata.
  
  As these are based upon light quotient, it is logical to suppose that the higher the quotient, the stronger the Light may be expressed in ritual work...And why only the Council of Nine are permitted to hold the summoning ritual at the "Aktaiwa" star gate and no other Sirian....
  BUT, when the task is of a solar nature, rather than galactic, similar rituals, of lesser gravitas, may be conducted, such as the one I described below, which are based upon the Nine's ritual pattern, but with a differing intent...
  
  Among my Sirian contacts, only Kalestra holds the level of Ban-Srut, the others being Jschwisch (Vashtar,) or Jschrisch, as in the case of Sandara herself....
  These translate as "Kings or Queens of Wisdom."

  There is a law of forgetfullness, that usually prevents memory (conscious memory,) of past life traumas....But as one evolves, the veil between incarnations thins out and eventually reduces to threadbare in places, more solid in others....
  
  After ascension, all memories return and we are better able to cope with the flood of both positives and negatives...over millennia....
  
  I once suffered the fear of the smell of burning wood smoke.....This was not due to anything that happened to me, in my current life, but I discovered, from my previous life, when I was a German Oberst (Colonel) with Army Group North, named Siegfried Kötz and witnessed many horrors on the eastern front...
  I was in the German Wehrmacht and not a member of the Waffen-SS.....
  
  The burning Russian farms, the murder of innocent civilians and the many, many traumas and deprivations, of that aweful war, could even effect me psychologically, today, in this life, though I'm mastering it now and can comfortably smell the aroma of burning wood smoke and not break out in a cold sweat....We must each grow in our own ways, while our memories of past traumas, in this life or others, are processed....and assimilated as experiences to learn from...

  Where I agree with you Dreks, is on the systemic values of reincarnational growth itself. If a soul can still benefit from this, and has a clear connection to guides and loving beings - what is commonly referred to as the care package - then absolutely I agree. Souls who already have a place here shouldn't forego that kind of a livelihood. Without a very valid reason of course, and even then, be sure that's what you want. All life is temporary. Many animals who come here, have the choice to fight to survive another day, or not. But they do that, because they have to go through the pain of doing so, to feed their families. But this is how entropy has caused an entire ecosystem to have become abandoned by anyone looking in from the celestial perspective of awareness. This planet has been under some kind of veil, for far too long. And the right kind of energy that is needed to completely collapse that safety net for entropy to grow and cause a bigger mess, has yet to be dismantled. Having said that, where you are happy, you will not wish to leave. Because you are content with the world you have created around you. If those who are serious about building a creatrix truly wish this place to become all it is cracked up to sell itself short on, then I am not impressed with the current efforts of social warrior justice and little else. There are so many sites, so few knowledge on each, and so many perspectives talking. But our audience, isn't able to manifest enough will power to be placed behind concrete action for this planet we can actually take. It's time for those people to show themselves. Unless they call us incompetent at their expense to do a job they failed at being able to influence. It's not ok. And I feel very sorry for those innocent souls, caught in the middle of a fight that was never meant to entrap them in it as a casualty. That's how we lost practically all of our universe by having to fight beyond our rights to retain the memory of their meaning.
