  I don't know why someone would think that illegalizing gun will prevent such. This murderer shoot down pple not because it is legal to do so. So someone will always find a gun despite it being illegal to have one. In other words illegalizing anything will only remove it off those who like to abide by the law, but not those who disregard the law.  So murderers and all other criminals will always have guns, including the gang of criminals that we call it 'the government'

  That video is an animation simulation, that approximates...The idea is to demonstrate ambience...The real location café is, "Dominique's," on number 19, S End Rd, Hampstead, in real life....I have been there during heavy rain, but did not film it, of course...
  This café Dominique's is located opposite a pub called the Garden Gate, number 14, tell your uncle, if we wants to have a pint, also...;-)

  Oh yes, we do have nice cozy cafés in London....I know of a good one in north west London, in Hampstead...Great when the rain is falling outside....

  What you say about water and it's sounds, is naturally stimulating....For example I absolutely enjoy walking through forests, while it rains, heavily...This vid, likewise, offers that wonderful natural rhythm of rain drops hitting leaves and the ground...
  It is very relaxing and meditative, also...And is comparable to another natural rhythm of the sea shore, with waves crashing...
  I'll add this vid and note the scenic beauty of autumn in a French forest, during heavy rain....It's very similar to English weather and countryside, a place called Bordeaux....Famous for it's rainy weather and wine, also....😊👍
