the only thing we need is to bypass all the detours and pitfall placed in our way to find who we are. We need to use our thoughts/experiences to build our own realities or be trapped in the reality of someone else thoughts/experiences. There is no quick ‘fix’. Hard work is involved on oneself. Evolution is a gradual process so is learning.
