  Something is disturbing my sleep patterns I felt this the early morning hours between 3:00 AM and 4:00 AM. this very strange then it stopped at 5:00AM. Usually feel different kinds of energies throughout the day especially in the mornings. Could have something to do with the war in the middle east. Its difficult to exactly explain this.

  Valana, yes, I've noticed that the download does end at about 4 am. I can usually get off to sleep when I feel the energies change.. It is exhausting. I think too it is all part of the upgrading of the DNA - I do wish the powers would allow us to sleep.

  Valana I am in UK (north) I got the thoughts that this intense energy was electrical and to burn out negative emotions (all have built up of late due to traumatic event) so glad you wrote. It is not as severe tonight, but now 3 am on Monday and still awake - on internet to try to keep calm.

  There is no need to pay for ascension unless your guides lead you there. For most, it is more important to do the work and experience the whole process yourself. Shortcuts are always wrong turns

  Mother nature has angels disguised as humans, animals, birds, and water creatures, I like the dolphins, whales snakes, etc... The forest is full invisible creatures such the Lepercons ('' little people ),fairies, gnomes, .While I was staying at a women's shelter I met this young lady who told me she while she was looking down on the table she saw these two small beings dressed in over halls and suspenders and they were looking up at her and she just stared at them not saying a word then slowly they walked aside and disappeared. Gardens are full of these beings and in the forests.

  Everyone is getting for the summer and its going to get''Hot'' and that includes Canada and perhaps it may go farer north and I can imagine what can happen ''more forest fires'' and tornados, hail, floods, landslides, sinkholes, ...etc... this is already happening in tropical countries including the outer regions of Middle East and its not just the on going already happening in the cities and towns.
