  Thanks for asking and yes I'm fine. I only have a minimal heel spur. That comes from sports. It wasn't really a lot of sport, but it seemed to put a strain on my foot. I continue to train and was therefore treated by a doctor, which did not bring much change. However, regular light sport brings something, even if it is only a few exercises. I've lost 3kg so far and I keep going whether I'm tired or not in the mood. It's supposed to be an integral part of my everyday life and that's slowly manifesting itself, but it's really hard work. My foot hurts when I walk, but when I don't do it and take it easy, my back hurts because of the slight left ski looseness. Had little sleep and am overtired. This state often opens up my chakras, which I find strange. It is understandable that my chakras open up after exercise, i.e. some exercise and sweating, since the blood circulation is in motion. My BPM is around 120-148. As soon as I go over it, I feel very uncomfortable and intuitively feel better not to challenge it too much. I think 150-160 BPM might get too risky at some point. I'm in a sports club where there are many employees, so they can find me if I fall over, which I hope doesn't happen. My fitness is slowly improving and it is having a positive effect on the chakras!

  The German government recently released figures, on the serious side-effects, caused by the covid vaccine...
  I will use the phrase...."I TOLD YOU SO...!!" As for a long time, this government was forcing vaccinations upon people that neither wanted it, or needed it....Now they tell German people of the side-effects, having coerced many into taking this poison....??
  
  Frankly I would be fuming, if I were unfortunate to be living in Germany, or Austria.....

  Take advantage of the leverage it had to help Ukraine retain and even enhence both its nuclear status and global power status with exchange of remaining in Russia's orbit. Ukraine needed some of Russia's cooperation plus it owed Russia some debt. But look at what Russia did. It cancelled Ukrainian debt with the exchange of destroying Ukraine's nukes plus even its ICBM! What stupid deal! Pay someone to destroy something rather than to give you something? Meanwhile Russia begun helping North Korea and China to attain ICBM and nukes! Why not the more strategic Ukraine? Furthermore, this effectively arrogated Russia all the glory of Soviet Union and left nothing even to his closest cousin in Kiev. This rendered 'staying in Russia's orbit' feels like being a Russia's sheep!
  
  So Russia did not play good politics, but it is not too late, and Putin seems smarter in politics. He can play this 'sharing the soviet glory' to win the hearts of the Ukrainians. I can see they are reasonably proud people, which is a very very good thing, and Putin should take advantage of this. He has already issued Russian passports to Ukrainians, and they like it!😆

  I was reading about the so called Budapest Memorandum. It was celebrated as a 'win win win' btwn U.S., Ukraine and Russia. But now, it should be clear that this 'win' was temporary. In reality, this stupid deal was a lose lose lose, and is the seed out of which this present Ukrainian crisis germinated! Ukraine, Belarus etc were short charged by these powers. Unlike Putin, Boris Yeltsin and Mikhail Gorbachev were never smart enough! Putin undestands that though having a nuclear armed Iran in neighbourhood can be a terror, it is better than having a pro-west Iran in the neighbourhood! There was absolutely no need for Russia to sign a deal involving US pertaining to what concerns Ukraine or any other former Soviet State. Why would Russia worry about a nuclear armed Ukraine yet it doesn't, a nuclear armed North Korea or China?? But with Nukes in Belarus and Ukraine, NATO would never dare to move closer, let alone inside Ukraine etc!
  
  I know this sounds counterintuitive at first: A nuclear armed Ukraine would be more willing to stay in Russian orbit than an non nuclear armed one! Why wouldn't a nuclear armed Ukraine easily join the west and then Russia would do nothing? That seems to be what Idiot zelensky wonders! He forgets that then, there would be no such guys as Zelenskys in Ukraine! U.S. etc would be locked at fearmongerings like 'Ukrainian threats', akin to those about 'Iranian threats', 'China threats', 'North Korea threats' etc. No time for such movements as 'maiden', 'color revolutions' etc.
