  I don't know why you think that this thing you call it 'blue beam project' is harmful (that is if there is such a project in the first place). It is supposed to be hologram. Holograms work by lasers, and hardly visible lasers are of no harm. Or what do you think blue beam peoject uses? What kind of ray do you have in mind?

  It is you who taught me about blue beam project!☺ What I know well, and which you may be noticing, is lasers, QM and how they work to create holograms. This is what made me interested in exermining the feasibility of what you are calling it 'blue beam project'.
  
  I don't know if illuminati may secretly have UFOs or other arcane technologies. I can only tell you that no mainstream physicist can even conceive anything even remotely like a 'UFO' that is capable of a reasonable interstellar travel!

  I am happy you seem to understand lots of physics.☺ Physics is a science closest to spirituality, and is one reason I like it. It is also very useful. The more we understand physics and put it in our subconscious mind, the less we do accidents.

  Roaring, yes I like the examples...the housefly and the tortoise...Essentially we speak of the momentum of a moving object...Conserved energy as per the formula; M1XV1=M2XV2.....The mass and the velocity of a moving object...a bullet......a fly....a bulldozer......etc.... Colliding with another object, which may be stationary...
  
  A weapon is only as effective as the mass or velocity, permits...Even a small stone or pebble, flung from a skyscraper roof, can be as serious as a bullet, subject to gravity...The acceleration due to gravity; as it falls earthward, picking up speed (accelerating) from height, through a great distance...Of course, windage is a consideration, much as when using a telescopic sight...Albeit, cruder and lacking all accuracy..

  Thats true.☺And If the energy beam is not collimated enough, it cannot be effective over a longer range. It is just like bullets. A bullet cease to be lethal if the target is sufficiently far. These are physical phenomena. Physics work the same way in all forms of energy. Think of photons (All forms of electromagnetic waves) as bullets. The 'frequency' works like the speed of the bullet (momentum). Then the intensity works like the size of the bullet. Both factors are important in determining how lethal the bullet is. A housefly moving at the speed of a car, of course has no effect if it hits you, simply because it is small. But a bulldozer moving at the speed of a tortoise will crash you, if it knocks you! Such is how x-rays, gamma rays etc works. An irridation by gamma rays is like a bombardment of your cells by tiny bullets. The shorter the wavelength, the higher the momentum, just like as stated by de-Broglie's equation.

  Agreed Roaring....intensity is a critical factor for any potential beam weapon...DEW does require a lot of power to operate and needs to target specific areas of the body, over long duration...Thus, targets within specific rooms are tracked by infrared, then once settled, such as sleeping, the duration may be several hours..And as you suggest, there are sonic weapons of similar applications...To destroy human health, targeted directional power, is the most effective, rather than general emanating sources....Such military projects have been in operation for several decades..
  
  21st century lasers are also most effective against missiles and drones...Modern battery technology has advanced significantly, allowing increased portability of such weapons...
