A conclusion is at the end for the uninitiated. Basic astrology real-time transits of the May 26th New Moon event (and the planetary transits of this New Moon event applied to the U.S.A. horoscope) will be looked at. Everyone is now aware of the disappearance of $93 billion dollars from the Department of Energy; this may be one of a series of financial frauds that is about to get exposed in late May through June of 2025 (and both DOGE and non-DOGE individuals seem to keep finding more and more fraud). Let's first look at the New Moon event for Monday, May 26th, Washington D.C.

The Quincunx aspect between the New Moon and Black Moon Lilith (near the Mc, or highest point in the sky) suggests tension between "organized crime in D.C." and "the general attention span in D.C. with the public involved." Black Moon Lilith is strongly associated with organized crime; Jimmy Hoffa's horoscope had Black Moon Lilith Conjunction Ascendant and Al Capone's horoscope had Sun Opposition Black Moon Lilith (and yes, Black Moon Lilith also rules "charities" and "charity functions" as well. Especially regarding those people who feel the best charity in the world is themselves [i.e. 75% of Washington D.C.]). Let's now look the New Moon event applying to the U.S.A. horoscope.
Of concern is the Nodal Plane crossing over Neptune in June 2025. This represents "a connection with deception, fraud, or disappointing news." The general U.S. public at large may (during the month of June 2025) be engaged in "arguments, debates, and fisticuffs" in lieu of such "fraud and disappointing news" coming from D.C. with the transits of Mars Opposition Moon, as well as the transiting New Moon forming a Semi-Square to a Venus Conjunction Chiron transit. Please watch for the judicial treatment of such violence in the U.S.; we are seeing (in 2025) a lot of light sentences given to very violent criminals based on their political affiliation.
Conclusion
Exposure of fraud (and the criminals engaged in such fraud) may be the big event to watch for in June of 2025 in Washington D.C., along with violence or heated arguments from a U.S. public at large. The concept of "organized crime" is hard to realize in D.C., especially when you see the word "Honorable" as the first word on the desk name plates that are placed in front of these (s)elected individuals at important D.C. events. There are good and decent people in D.C., but keep in mind that Washington D.C. may just be the main focus for opportunity from some of the most sophisticated criminals in America (since D.C. is "where the money is"). Washington D.C. is also the place to go to for those individuals who lack customer service skills (as well as a lack of financial or budgeting skills). Finally, Washington D.C. is a good place to reside for (s)elected individuals with low IQs and whose basic skill is pushing a "yes" or "no" button. Representative Ron Paul MD (whose desk name plate reads "Don't steal. The government hates competition") will be remembered in Washington D.C. as "Dr. No" (based on which button he liked to push the most. And it had nothing to do with the James Bond villain). And yes, Ron Paul had an IQ higher than most in D.C.
