Here's something I happened to stumble across today!
Earthquakes are relatively easy to predict,
Contrary to what is being fed to the masses on the usgs site, And to Us the masses.
That earthquakes are unpredictable.
This sounds like it has the potential to save millions..and yet its being shelved.
Although nowhere in the video does it say anything about Haarp,
When you put 2 and 2 together, it becomes blatant that they need to hide their little weapons.
