A simple interpretation (for the uninitiated) is provided at the end. This blog is for advanced students in Uranian astrology; the use of the 90 Degree Dial (courtesy of Maria Kay Simms) is used in this analysis. It will be assumed that most of the readers of this blog have a basic understanding of the symbols of Uranian Astrology. This event chart looks at the estimated time of Hitler meeting Paul von Hindenburg on January 30, 1933 (shortly before noon on that day, which was Hitler's time for swearing-in). This transfer of power was "the opening of the door" represented in traditional electional event astrology. Note that astrologers who do wedding charts usually like to use the time of when "the doors open" as opposed to the time of pronouncements by the religious clergy. Paul von Hindenburg reportedly did not like Hitler when he met him; Hitler reportedly did not give von Hindenburg much eye contact during their meeting. Paul von Hindenburg was a significant and controversial political figure in German history who served as the second president of the Weimar Republic. But while some praise the WWI military hero for stabilizing Germany in the wake of WW I sanctions, Hindenburg played a key role in Hitler's rise to power. He bowed to pressure from his advisors to appoint Hitler as the country’s chancellor, and thus ceding control of the nation of Germany to the Nazi Party. Below is my estimated chart for their meeting; I give an estimated time of 11:07 am on January 30, 1933. Pointer is at the Ascendant; the Ascendant often describes activities taking place in the environment.
Kronos/Aries (in green below) is a good point to start with since it represents "world-class government."
Now we do the math. The symmetrical point relative to the Ascendant is at 84 degrees 50' minutes (OR 39 degrees 50' minutes).
When using midpoints in the context of a midpoint-tree applying to an important point, I like to use 02' minutes or less for orb limit consideration. The use of 07' minutes (maximum) for orb limit consideration may be used for simple midpoints that are directly applying to any of the Personal Points (Sun, Moon, Ascendant, Midheaven, Aries Point, and the Nodes). The midpoint of Mars/Aries (in green below) is within 02' minutes of the calculated point of interest.
So we now have an interesting midpoint tree: a world-class government heavily focused on the placement of military bases (or expansion of military power). The Nazi Party takeover of Germany was a very secretive operation, and was possibly loaded with blatant criminal intentions. This fits the role of the midpoint North Node/Hades. Let's look at it relative to the Ascendant.
Doing the math (below) to calculate symmetry relative to the Ascendant reveals 20 degrees 20' minutes. This is within 02' of Zeus/Aries (which is at 20 degrees 22' minutes). Zeus/Aries represents "wars; foreign military bases." Moon/Hades (in blue below) is a midpoint directly applying to the Ascendant and is within the 07' minute rule (and is also 02' minutes away from being exact with the Ascendant). This midpoint usually means "people who are forced to serve (such as prostitutes, slaves, and a draftable population)," but note that it may also represent "spies; secret community."

Interpretation
"The environment of this event featured a world-class government present who was concerned about military and police powers. Criminal or vile operations were being secretly drawn up that concerned war and establishment of foreign military bases. Spies or a secret community were strong in presence at this event."
