tuning in and tuning out

i would like to point out a fact all ppl can test, how many sounds do you tune out?i sit outside when i am on my computer and listen to nature but a lot of times i get so involved in my computer journeys i stop recognizing the nature sounds like the crickets chirping til i "take a breath," and stop reading, it goes to show we all have a tunnel vision attention or a zooming focus and the deeper the focus goes the less the external feedback frequency affects us a very nice mental workout ensues if you decide to explore this tunnel at a pace of running vs. walking and if can attempt to have the same amount of sense data at the running pace as it is in the walking pace well thats a grand feat worth of a really quick celebration ;P8108714287?profile=original
