I caught the end of a documentary yesterday so I've found this which is similar or maybe it's the same one. One man said he felt such peace. He said "imagine the most peaceful memory you have ever had" with your eyes shut. "Now times that by 10 million" He said he used to be a mean-minded, judgemental man, but now he doesn't judge anybody. We are all One. :)
