Here is Ashtar with explanations of the various circles of HIS.
Time codes are the keys that give passage to another time or dimension. These codes are the vibrations of a certain symbolism. The Sacred Geometry are the forms that create the codes. In the form of this symbolism can time travel. Codes of the past are different in structure than the codes of the future. This is a given, fixed law!
The vibrating Holy Light lines contain building geometry. For each vibration, there is a different pattern, a different color. That makes a resonant high or low. The sound here when released is always different in tone. That's the ringing in your ear, increase the frequency to tune into a different resonance. This is reflected in your DNA Light Codes.
The Time Masters are always busy creating these Light Codes, they create new circuits. You can say they create the future, Timelines. Along with life in the cosmos, the universe, they are the executive powers of the Source of All That Is. Therefore, certain events can not be composed by 1 point. It is a combination of many factors and influences of the creation of God Source. Because of laws in the creations of Timelines there are limits. These limits are not exceeded. That is the Law. The Law of life. The law of the universe.
Each lives under this Act. Everything. Nobody can be a way out. The slow codes try this today, by tricks and technological marvels. Unfortunately, the Love Intelligence, a patient, but much stronger impulse.
Love the intelligence of the Source of All That Is is much more than all our intelligences together. We even went further than Star Beings of Light can contain. Although we are strongly linked to it is our consciousness not yet aware that the All, the Divine can contain Al overall. Yes, we include a large part of it. The man is currently so fragmented that it is only a very small portion can contain. Human consciousness may be much to a much larger development. Once this knowledge of Charity Intelligence has received so much more you can create on Earth. So much more to receive and transmit. You are yourself the Disc Loser of the Heart
The revelation is the revelation of the knowledge of love. Only then, dear people, only then can a massive disc loser place. No sooner would the God Source intervene. Everything and everyone should go here. God the Source has no preference, He loves you all, because everything is His creation, each part. He is the Father and the Mother of all. The Creative Power.
Each artist who creates, puts a piece of his soul in the created. Every human being is created from love, belongs to the Source. People you realize it is still not enough. Pick up your key and open the gate to the Love.
The insight is still dormant, but soon there will be holes in the gray mist diapers Illusion. Holes in the deceptions. What the broken codes to try, is the deception to put down. So again you are not able to look through the holes. These are the openings to your true heart and soul.

The Circle of Light, of sacred geometry is that of joy, love and joy. In this Circle of Light is not a cat and mouse present, only unity.
