The 9D Arcturian Council: Your Rituals & Our Favorite Spiritual Practice

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have been exploring the rituals and the ritualistic behaviors that you have there on your world in order to better understand the human condition, the human consciousness. Your rituals reveal so much about you as an individual. They show you what you value, what you believe, and what you accept.
Many times humans perform rituals and engage in rituals without even knowing why they are doing it, and they become empty actions. The truth is, anything and everything can be made into a spiritual practice. Anything can be given more meaning than it inherently has.
There is a lot of talk on your world about whether social media is good, bad, or downright destructive, but that is true of anything. Anything has the potential to be any one of those things. It’s what you do with it. It’s what you make of it.
If you go on social media to be approved of, then you are approaching it from the perspective of one who feels empty inside and is looking for other people to fill them up.
But if instead, you go on social media, and you seek to make others feel better about themselves, then you have used it not only appropriately, but in such a way that you have altered the consciousness of the entire collective. Other people will see you as being nice, being supportive, being loving, being friendly, and they will be changed by your behavior.
Now, of course, your standard rituals have the potential within them to be transformative as well.
They can bring about change mostly because you think they are important, and when you think something is important, you tend to show up in a bigger way for it. And if you show up in a bigger way for something, then more of Source Energy is flowing through you, and you are more likely to be loving, supportive, friendly, kind, and so on.
Now is the time to be looking for opportunities to be more of yourself, to be more present, to show up for other people with your heart full of love.
And it is especially time to do that when you see so many people on your world tearing each other down, arguing, getting into fistfights, and looking for weaknesses in others to exploit.
Now is the time for those of you who know better, those of you who we call awake, to do what you can to change the consciousness of your species.
Be one who seeks to elevate the consciousness of humanity, rather than one who seeks to be right, and win every argument, and get more people on your side.
See your human race as having no sides, as being one, and as having a beautiful opportunity in front of you to get along in spite of differing beliefs.
It is possible to love one another even though you disagree wholeheartedly on a variety of topics.
And when we see you all stepping up, and being the versions of yourselves that we know you really are, we want to take part in that ritual.
We want to co-create with you some new spiritual practices.
One of our favorite spiritual practices is just being kind. And if you can be kind, you can set everything else aside, and you can let Source Energy flow through you.
We are the Arcturian Council, and we have enjoyed connecting with you.”
