For those of you who seriously consider yourself spiritual, I seriously consider you watch this video that I posted a link to, and see the absolute horror, suffering, and slaughter that happens to animals so we can have our nice juicy steak and burger, or our tasty pork chop and chicken wing! Just absolutely unacceptable! Watch it, if you have the guts! (no pun intended)

Definitely we're all works in progress when it comes to our food selections and as we raise our awareness we will make better, more humane choices...As the wise saying goes,
"When people know better, they do better" and now we know better...
Yucky video, makes me want to only eat fruits and vegetables, but if only they tasted as good since the wings and steaks have addictive aspects to them, all the more reason to stay away though and its amazing how much money one saves when they stop spending money on meat...
