  I know little about this but that alot of phsychic's started this way. And channelers in a sense are doing this . It might also be called autotomic or autonomic writing. But what I noticed is that we know a lot of stuff in our brain and that starts to come out. But I found it interesting is that things kind of organize in a sense and there are things or patterns that I would never say. Maybe higher self coming in, We can also invite entities. I heard it is important to ask for protection first.
