Yesturday when I went for a walk in the sunshine. I walked pass the field where I sometimes meditate if I am not on that dark spot close to the field! There came an old woman with a bag. I started to wonder if i should ask if she needed help to carry it! But When she came closer i got the sence when I saw her that she was a strong healthy stuborn lady..so I decided that she was ok and did not need my help.She walked thowards me on the other side of the road. I was my happy selfe like allways and when we came closer on each side of the road she suddenly noticed me. I looked at her and smiled while my inner light of happiness erupted out of my body and head. Not long after a warm big smile grew on the womans face and I smiled back even more. She smiled even more so you could see her teeth. Her whoul face was lit upp and you could see the joy in her face! I got even more happy over this to see that old woman get lit upp and that I had managed to light her evening upp and make her smile and feel joyfull and at peace! That was a wonderfull feeling I have to say! :) At least I made someone warm and happy just to see me smile and to bee full of peace, love and light...

Light Warrior: I totaly agree with you there! We should all make other people smile or laugh when their days seem to bee gray or trubbled. Everyone is feeling beter with some love around, even on the darkest of gray days...
This is a prime example of the difference ONE person can make! There is no telling what that show of love did for that womans day and life! I think we should all do this daily because I know, personally, that no money on Earth can give you the feeling that you get when you know that you have helped someone. As fas as we know, she could have been contemplating suicide that day and just that one person showing her some genuine love made her change her mind and renewed her strength to carry on!
