The task is to respond to stimuli that are presented to you during your day to day with the patient stillness that grows only when duality settles.
Example: If you are waiting in a line buying groceries or getting a cup of coffee, and someone chooses to cut you off, while fully aware of what they are doing. You have been waiting in line for longer than usual and there is an emergency at home that requires you to feel hurried. You know that you were there first and you desperately want to speak up. Instead of telling them you were there first, you notice what speaks to you in compassionate tones telling you that this person is your teacher. How would you feel if you walked in ratio with this quality that over rides the anxious even when supported by viable circumstantial truth.
The willingness to have discourse with the solubility of closeness who enters the able mind with glowing admiration for the quality that is compassion. Let this compassion bloom to such a degree that the willingness to let the world cut you off brings you to an excited state. You are not being a push over or overly passive to allow the ones who need you, to also learn from you. If the world needs to get somewhere before you and they choose you as the observer then you are not acting in push over form. Rather this is the way to mastery and you should go out and look for this and relish as without it duality will remain unsettled as far as perception is aware.
Ascension is not one but many sessions that require us to respond to what creeps as surprising awareness sets in.

Wonderful to hear Feather Winger. Yes forgiving the horror seems to have an effect on us when we are asleep. For me it has brought me to the 5th dimension in flight form. I found the new earth where many were their creating it already as I only read about until i forgave enough to rise in frequency myself to see it
I love this picture Moanna. I knew I had to use it as it really captured the spirit of the challenge. The bear has always been a representation of what challenges duality to be raised in awareness. So for the bear to be as patient as this picture depicts , then we can truly do anything and also it made me laugh pretty hard :)
