Sierra Neblina has been involved with some of the more unusual events that we are passing through - containment, the Disclosure planning process, and intergalactic negotiations. Some of the things she says here we wouldn’t be able to hear anywhere else, right now. All will be revealed later but, in this interview, Sierra gives us a look backstage at what is occurring right now in advance of and in preparation for Disclosure.

Steve Beckow: Sierra, you’re one of the only people known to have participated in containment, which makes your story and testimony unique. When did you first get involved with containment?
Sierra Neblina: I first became involved in containment in February. The ground work was being laid and I was attending the meetings and got underway in the following months.

SB: How did that involvement come about? Were you asked to involve yourself or just brought into the work?

SN: I was called in to do the work. I was contacted by a Sirian representative, who then brought me into a room and told me what they wanted me to do initially. Then the parameters of my involvement changed and evolved.

SB: Can you tell us about the first time you witnessed the induction of someone into containment?

SN: Yes. I was asked to help track a high-ranking cabal member who was using negative ET technology to ‘cloak’ himself. As a human representative they needed me to track him and hold his energy until the next team came to transport him onto ship. After tracking him to the furthest reaches of Asia, I engaged him in his dream time.

I was able to bring him into a false dream state and keep him calm until the transport team arrived. I witnessed the transport to another human representative who was aided by an angel and a galactic guard. The human rep took his energy body to a holding area. Then another human rep aided by angels and galactics transported the soul on ship. It was later on that I was able to witness the entire process. But that time it was just to the ship.

SB: Are all containments the same or are they unique?

SN: Each containment is unique. I have witnessed and been a part of very hard and dark energies being taken on ship- some of whom were never allowed to come back to earth. Others have been sit down meetings and the people made the choice of rehabilitation and were allowed to continue on in the 3rd D. But I have to say - not one has been the same.

SB: Is containment reserved for a certain kind of personality, a certain level of cabalist, or a certain type of situation?

SN: From what I have witnessed it is not just for the Cabal or just the ‘Bad guys’. It is now being used for ANYONE who is in a position of power over a group of people, who have abused that power. I have seen Light workers recently who have been put in containment.

SB: Have you any idea of how many containments may have happened, in rough terms?

SN: Hundreds in the first couple of months. Now-,with the target of containment moving from the Cabal to anyone abusing their role of leader, the number is in the thousands.

SB: How long will it take for the effort to cause the implosion of the Illuminati on the planet, if you know?

SN: From what I can calculate- just months. As you know- the energy of containment is meant to rehabilitate. If the people cannot be rehabilitated- they are removed or replaced. So, it should only take a few months to really take hold. We should start to see the impact very soon. In fact, we already have.

SB: Has the experience been challenging for you? How has it been?

SN: Yes, I have had very challenging days. I wake up sometimes in a poor mood. Or I am exhausted or emotionally drained. I am fortunate to be able to rest and take care of myself. I am surrounded by people who know I can have an ‘off’ day and they let me rest and recuperate without making me wrong. I am very grateful for them.

SB: Can you tell us anything about the other techniques or mechanisms that may be used to subdue the cabal and under what circumstances they would be used?

SN: There is, but I’m not at liberty to discuss that at this time.

SB: Do you have an idea of which galactic nations are involved in containment?

SN: Every nation has people - they may not be ‘leaders’ per se - but they are people of power, the old model of power.

SB: Under what circumstances would containment be used with lightworkers?

SN: In any situation where that Light worker has taken responsibility for a large group of people, and abused that power by using their status for self service, or knowingly gave out information that resulted in harm to others.

SB: Do you have anything to say about the seeming disconnect between galactics and celestials over containment?

SN: I know that it is still human beings that bring the information from these beings whether it be via channeling or mediation. It isn’t that the galactics or angelics aren’t aware of containment. It’s that the filter the information is coming through is not pure.

SB: What other “special operations” have you been involved in for the galactics and celestials?

SN: I’ve been involved in many. I am unable to share them all at this time, but I can share that I have been working with a time traveling team. Repairing some damage done by Less evolved ET’s.

I have also been involved in creating an energetic bridge to the Fifth Dimension so that it’s easier for humans as they travel through the dimensions.

I’ve been off world helping in negotiations between other civilizations in their work to unite their world governments.

I’ve been tracking down some ancient Earth Guardians and engaging their help with the ascension process.

I’ve been attending all meetings with regard to Disclosure and participating in the process for post-Disclosure plans.
