Our heart speaks to us all the time and love at first sight is definitely possible just as an instant aversion to a person is possible. When we meet someone and instantly like them or can't stand them, everyone says it's chemical but I believe it is our spirit guiding us. So yes I believe in love at first sight.

I have fallen in love believing that my "twin flame" was the one....I guess a few times now.
