Rea: you got me down packed apart from the "need section" and HEAPS "personal space" probably why we didn't work out lol i don't know i gues i rely on my partners support because to be honest there are not many people i let my gaurd down to and my partners are essentially one of the very few (i.e see me cry) in saying that i am just as independant and not as needy after the "new (for lack of a better word and not meant in the way it's going to sound) toy" theory!
Shelly: i do agree to some form, this is why i infact and usually in due time inforce a base rule, i let my partners know that they have the oppertunity to have fun with other female's and i all i ask is that the first time i atleast get to watch, get a feel for the connection and the person that will be inside my home quiet possibly without me being there and to allow us all to be comfortable with each-other, that also in turn means that i also occasionly get the experience of something else, a little bit of spice in the bedroom and life in general wich strengthens the relationship!
now i don't see exclusivity as being dominant, infact if anything there are time's when i prefer the female to be active in opinions and decision and that follows into the bedroom, i do however see "making love" as a higher connection between two people, even so far as to say a higher level of spirituality, that's not to say i don't enjoy a little bit of fun wich has very little to do with love or connection than it does more to the value of pleasure, seduction and all out fun,
now this again is where my rule come's into it very strongly since both partners (only if comfortable) get to experience the best of both worlds (safely ofcoarse), i do know that i'm not always as open to the idea of another male in the room since my ego and jelously are apart of me, however if she wants to experience that then i'm more than happy to atleast try, it is a slower proccess since i have to be confortable around the other male to ensure i don't get jelouse!
now in saying all of this, that's not to say that the girl in the relationship doesn't have equal rights of dominance or control over me, if anything i'd say there is no dominance there are only decisions made as partners equally!
Peaceful warrior: now i do see what your saying but part of being in a partnership is the ability to grow with the person, both partners weaknesses are covered by the others strengths and we learn to strengthen our weakness through this experience!
that's not to say it's not hard but one valuable leasson i've learnt wich my entire life reflects is NOTHING worth doing is EVER easy, i believe this to reason out to appreciation aswell!

the main thing is the parenting, i was almost a father and nothing would give me greater joy than the day i get to relive that experience, yes the miscarige was definetly not entirely bad but i believe being a father will be the greatest thing i will ever achieve in my lifetime!
Shelly you sure hit the nail on the head...I so agree! No matter how perfect a partner is, it seems that if we don't heal our inner issues, then we are only projecting them onto the other...Yes true! ;-)
