Practice, practice, practice opening your heart until you feel the stream of Love. Allow yourself to know this Love, to revel in it and to feel the life eternal flowing through you, like a river of moving golden light. Then direct this beam of living Love to everything and anything your eyes see before you. Then when you touch it with this beam, allow yourself to know what it is. To feel the joyful dancing streams of light that are the trees or the animals or plants. Feel this light go out to connect with every other human heart. Feel it rejoice with you as it encounters animals, the wildlife. Keep practicing to know all things through the heart's perception, nothing else.
