Bliss Out
Greetings Dear Ones! It is I, Lord Emanuel, welcome, welcome, welcome unto me this day, come, come, my beautiful Children of God into the warm embrace of Love that I shower upon you now. Deep breath Dear Ones, feel the Love of God pour down upon you now and the Light of God pour into the crown chakra of your bodies and let it in, let it in, let it in. Ah now that feels better doesn't it? And this shower of Love you can have at any time of the day Dear Ones, you can call upon me, any one of my Ascended Family and indeed you can call upon your own Great God presence I AM to shower the Love and Light of God upon you at any time.
Dear Ones in times of stress throughout your day, any time you start to feel the 'old ways' of being creep upon you, feelings of stress, anxiety, any feelings of tension or anger any time you feel pulled out of the bliss that is being showered by the Love of God then take yourself aside for a minute and re-connect with this.
Yes, indeed Dear Ones, this feeling of bliss one experiences when completely connected with the Higher Realms and feeling the Oneness of All That Is, this is available to you 24 hours a day, every day if you so choose. This is not something that is momentary and is indeed your natural state of being. Well in actual fact, what you experience is but a fraction of your natural being but this is a step by step process and what you have access to now will feel like Heaven on Earth but let me tell you Dear Ones, it is but a fraction of what is actually available to you on Earth and so it will expand and expand as you grow Dear Ones, as you Ascend up the Spiral of Evolution with your Beloved Earth Mother.
Yes, Dear Hearts as impossible and improbable as it may seem to you right now, that state of connected bliss is your natural state of being and you would be very wise to sit in a quiet space where you will not be interrupted and spend at least 15 minutes of your day in this connection. If you do not know how to get this connection, call upon my name and sit quiet. I will come and I will guide you. If you will let me.
It starts with the breath. The breath is your connection to the Higher Realms, your breath is Sacred. This in fact, would be an understatement. Your breath is Everything. So it starts with the inhale through the nose, deep into the belly and exhale up and out through the mouth. Many of you already know how to do this and those that do not, you have this innate ability and you will remember exactly how to do this. Life times upon life times of study and devotion have got you to this place today. You were born with these skills you are merely remembering them, if you relax and allow, your body knows exactly what to do.
Many of you practise meditation already and have your own way but for those of you who don't I will keep it so very simple for that is all it has to be. Inhale and exhale, deep long and slow in through the nose and out through the mouth. In your mind's eye, imagine you are breathing in the Light of God, the Light of your soul and exhaling out all that is resisting your Ascension into the Great God Being that you are. You may see this as leaving dark. Do 7 breaths like this then relax into normal breathing, then do 7 more then relax into normal breathing for about 15 minutes or as long as is comfortable or you feel is right for you. Follow your own guidance always. This, especially with the help of the Ascended Realm will put you in a state of complete Oneness and Connection and Bliss.
This is your natural state. When you are ready to come out of your deep meditation, do so very slowly and consciously. Make it your intention to hold this state with your eyes open and hold this state as you get up and move around. This may be challenging at first but with daily practise will become normal. And when you feel yourself be pulled out of this state by the outer world, take a few moments aside with yourself and just a few breaths will return you.
Dear Ones, this might seem like hard work or like it will take some dedication. But I may like to remind you that all things are speeded up now and that with our Assistance in the Ascended Realms, everything is achieved in Quantum leaps. All it takes is your willingness and your openness to receive what is your Birthright, a calm, focussed, alert mind and a blissful, youthful, strong and vital body. This is my Promise to you. I AM Lord Emanuel and you are all waking up my Dear Children of God. I Love you.
