Lavender Fields

Let cover you in a blanket woven with lavender flowers of all colours and hues, so as you rest your head at the end of the day, you are rewarded by tranquil comfort and bliss as you give permission to yourself to let all the worries of the day to fade away into a deep slumber that is restful and rejuvenates the heart, mind, body and spirit.
When life’s troubles appear to mounting higher and higher, take a moment to wrap yourself in a cloak of lavender that you silently envision yourself in, allowing its heady scent to dissolve some of your tension and bring back even the smallest amount of peace so you can get on with your day.
You do not have to carry a sprig of lavender with you to remind you of its healing and rejuvenating ways, you don’t need to light a candle that is the colour or scent of lavender; all you need to do is focus on the simple descriptions you put to your mind of lying in a field of lavender, or being surrounded by its scent with a gentle breeze giving it flow.
There is so much of nature that can bring you comfort and peace. And I know many people may not be able to access fresh lavender that is found in country meadows or grown by thoughtful gardeners; that is where the power of the mind comes in.
When you empower yourself with a vision where you are delighted, feel a sense of tranquility wash through whole self, you have the power to heal all your mental, emotional and many of your physical troubles away.
Let the vision of being wrapped in lavender be the beginning of your healing step forward into new horizons where you have the power to lessen the stress of any circumstance that is occurring in your life.
