The message for today is simple. At the present time you will feel drawn within your own body more and more. You will learn now to listen to your inner self for advice and guidance. Close your eyes, and allow yourself to connect to the collective consciousness, and to Mother Earth. Learn to listen to your inner compass, by using your life force as a beacon of light. Anchor yourself to your spinal cord. Listen to the life given from above. It is connected to the highest purest form of energy.

Think of your body as your most reliable source of information. Indeed the higher forces animating your body are using your body as a 3D interface in order to interact with you from the higher dimensions. You are receiving in permanence messages from above, only you are not conscious of it. You will be instinctively be guided to listen to your own body, feelings, and this in turn will allow you to decode, decipher messages from higher dimensions.

You must be by now be pulled towards your own centre of gravity, this works indeed like a magnet. By this I mean that the more you will draw your attention within, the more you will find it easier to be centred and connected with all that is. Your communion with the higher spheres of existence is refined by your air intake. Air is a magic substance, much of its functions and working is totally unknown to your modern day scientists. Air is a sort of nourishment for you, taken in consciously and without interfering with its natural rhythm, it will help you connect with your Higher Self and higher dimensions.

Do not forget to withdraw daily for periods of time from the illusion of your world. Listen to your breath, listen to your feet, and listen to the movements of your spinal energy. There is nobody to convince, there is no war to fight, there is only love and abundance when you connect with the life within. We are always with you and around you. In order to feel our presence, you must become awake to your own presence, to your own life force, to your own Higher Self. Once you will begin to be familiar with your own rhythms within your body, you will learn to separate the coarse matter from the refined higher energies running within your body, and directing your own life.
